In an email I received yesterday from Nick McQuoid I learned there was a Futuro, accessible only by boat, located somewhere around the mouth of the Paringa River in the West Coast Region of New Zealand's South Island. After a little time in Google Maps, Google Earth and Bing Maps I was able to pinpoint the Futuros location at 43°38'25.10"S 169°26'13.35"E.
The Google imagery is very low resolution, that in Bing Maps is a little better, but neither on its own is conclusive though the appearance, particularly in Bing Maps, and the size do strongly suggest the object visible is indeed a Futuro House. However the combination of the maps imagery and the source of the information, Nick of course is himself the owner of two Futuros and generally speaking those who own Futuro's tend to know the most about them, make me confident this is a "new" Futuro House. The screen capture from Bing maps below shows the object aligned against the scale and it is clearly the right size for a Futuro House. 
The available imagery also supports the idea that this Futuro House is accessible only by boat; there are no visible roads or tracks leading to the location and it does appear that the only way to reach it would be by boat or after a long trek through the woods.
